Get ready for a high-energy Beer Pong Tournament, where the winning team walks away with $10,000 in cash.
This isn't your typical industry event. We're bringing together everyone in CRE – from agents to lenders, appraisers, and beyond. It's the perfect opportunity to connect, compete, and have a blast with fellow professionals.
You've got two options to RSVP: sign up for the tournament with your teammate or grab a ticket to attend as a guest. If you're joining as the plus-one of a tournament participant, just register as a guest.
Note: If tournament registration exceeds capacity, Crux Commercial Partners will select participants.
There will be a CASH BAR (cards accepted) – because let's be real, we all make enough to buy our own drinks, and if you don't.. please close more. Drink at your own pace and remember, Beer Pong cups will only have water in them (who wants to drink out of a dirty cup, right?).

Time
6PM: Registration and Socializing
Get ready for a night full of fun! While it's a cash bar, there will be plenty of delicious appetizers to keep you fueled. Plus, expect entertainment throughout the evening to keep the energy high!
7PM: Beer Pong Tournament 2026 Kick Off
The tournament kicks off at 7:00 PM sharp! Players will need to be registered and ready no later than 6:30 PM.
We'll start with lightning rounds (fewer cups than the usual 10) to keep things moving quickly, ensuring we finish the tournament in one night. Once we hit the Semi-Finals, we'll switch to the full 10-cup games.
Full tournament rules will be shared with all participants before the event, and we'll have referees on hand to ensure everything runs smoothly!
